These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zx9999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://zx9999.org and all associated sub-domains and mobile applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotional offer, or using any other service made available through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. • "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in your Account at any given time.

• "Real Money Funds" means Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited by you into your Account from your own personal funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet volume that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by our licence conditions before withdrawals are processed.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by the Company's own compliance policy.

To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was closed for breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to notify zx9999 promptly of any changes to your registration information.

• Accounts must be registered in your own legal name. Accounts registered under false names will be permanently closed.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify zx9999 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• zx9999 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Account verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any point during your use of the Platform.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the Platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

zx9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and retail cash via authorised agents. The availability of any specific payment method may vary and zx9999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within minutes of confirmed receipt from your payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed only to verified Accounts. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals are ordinarily processed within 30 minutes during business hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer outside peak hours or during periods of high demand.
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• zx9999 does not charge platform-side fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• zx9999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to delay processing pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
• Funds deposited on the Platform may not be used for any purpose other than participation in the Services offered. Depositing funds for any other purpose, including currency exchange, is strictly prohibited.

All bets placed and games played on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type (sportsbook, cricket betting, live dealer, slots, bingo). These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. zx9999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the Platform.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in the display of odds or game outcomes, zx9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• zx9999 operates Random Number Generator (RNG) systems in its casino and slot products. All RNG systems are independently certified by third-party testing laboratories.
• Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. The rules displayed within each live table govern the conduct of that game.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is — are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant cricket board within a reasonable period following the conclusion of play.
• zx9999 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount, maximum winnings, or overall exposure on any market or game at any time, including without prior notice.
• Minimum age for participation in all games is 21 years. Participation by underage individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and return of deposited funds only.

zx9999 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentive programmes to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which take precedence over any general statement in this section in the event of conflict.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. zx9999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit and are subject to minimum deposit thresholds stated in the relevant offer.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Until these requirements are met, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn as real money.
• Where a player holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds will be used first for wagering purposes unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• zx9999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus and commenced wagering will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit a promotional offer — including through the creation of multiple accounts, use of automation, or coordinated play — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the Account will be permanently closed and the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform, or assisting any other person to do so in order to circumvent promotional eligibility restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or gameplay.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to a regular player using a standard web browser or mobile device.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings gained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of corrupt betting practice.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of location obfuscation.
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward zx9999 staff or other players.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and game content, is the exclusive intellectual property of zx9999 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform's content in any manner without the prior written consent of zx9999.

The zx9999 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Use of these marks without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

zx9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at zx9999.org/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read carefully before registering an Account.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and, where you have opted in, direct marketing communications.

• zx9999 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zx9999 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from interrupted or unavailable Platform access.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from technical failures outside the Company's reasonable control.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Errors in displayed odds or game outcomes that are corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of zx9999 to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

zx9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zx9999 holds its gaming licence.
